From the End of Life to Numerology: My Journey of Awakening

Explore a personal awakening journey shaped by loss, birth, and self-discovery—how numerology became a mirror

Many people say that awakening often begins with pain. When life brings us experiences that the mind cannot fully understand—when we are forced to face loss, death, and impermanence—we finally pause and ask ourselves: What is life? Why did I come into this world?

When many people hear the words “spiritual awakening,” they may immediately think of something mysterious and distant: communicating with spirit guides, receiving messages from the universe, or sensing higher-dimensional beings. But to me, true awakening does not necessarily begin that way.

Its earliest form can actually be very simple: no longer living only through the mind, but learning to feel with the heart. It is about sensing yourself, feeling what is happening around you, connecting with your inner emotions, and discerning what feels aligned and what feels against your truth; what you truly believe in, and what no longer belongs to you.

When a person begins to listen to their inner self and feel the people and things around them with their heart, they are already walking toward awakening. It is a kind of awakening that begins from within.

In the Same Year, I Encountered Both the Beginning and the End of Life

My awakening first began with the passing of my father. At that time, I was only in my twenties. For a young person, death feels like something very far away—until it truly happens to someone closest to you.

That same year, my son was born.

Within the same year, I experienced my father’s departure and welcomed the arrival of my son. That feeling of witnessing both life and death was a profound shock to me. Life can end in one moment, and begin in another.

Because of this, I began to ask myself again and again: What is life? After a person dies, is there really nothing left? Does life continue in another form?

At that time, I began to genuinely search for answers. Looking back, I feel that I had already started to awaken in my twenties.

Another Heavy Blow: The Passing of My Close Friend

Later, around twenty years ago, I went through another deeply impactful experience.

One of my close friends suffered from mental illness, hallucinations, and visual distortions. In the end, she chose to take her own life. This incident was another heavy blow to me.

Before she left, I had always wanted to find a way to help her. Watching someone so close to me suffer, while not knowing how to truly help her, brought a very deep sense of helplessness.

Her passing once again made me face the fragility of life. It also made me want to understand even more: Why do people come into this world? Does everyone have a direction in life? Can we understand ourselves earlier, so that we may walk with less confusion and pain?

Encountering Numerology

During that period, I came across a book about numerology. The book mentioned that everyone has their own life direction. That sentence felt like a door opening for me.

I began to understand myself through numerology, and I discovered that my own numerological life direction was connected to helping others awaken. This realization deeply moved me.

I came to understand that the separations between life and death, the pain, the questions, and the searching I had experienced were not meaningless. Step by step, they guided me to see my true role: I was not here only for my own awakening, but to accompany more people in seeing their own life direction and walking toward their own awakening.

Teaching Numerology Is About Helping People See Themselves

After my close friend passed away, I began teaching numerology.

To me, numerology is not simply a tool for predicting destiny, nor is it about telling someone, “This is what will definitely happen to you.” It is more like a mirror, allowing people to see themselves again.

Very often, our pain comes from not understanding ourselves. We do not know our own qualities, our life lessons, or which direction truly suits us.

When a person begins to understand their life direction, they have the opportunity to reinterpret their past experiences and make more conscious choices for the future.

And this is the main reason I teach numerology. Through this tool, I hope to help more people understand why they came here, realize that their life is not accidental, and see that behind pain, there may be a deeper reminder.

Awakening Is a Step-by-Step Return to Yourself

To me, awakening is not something that happens overnight.

It may begin with a loss, a painful experience, or a question you can no longer avoid. It may also begin the first time you are willing to pause and honestly ask yourself:

What do I truly feel? How do I really want to live?

From my father’s passing to my son’s birth; from my close friend’s departure to my encounter with numerology—each step pushed me to explore life more deeply and slowly allowed me to see my own mission.

Looking back today, I understand that awakening is not about becoming supernaturally powerful, nor is it about pursuing a mysterious ability.

Awakening is beginning to feel life with your heart. It is being willing to listen to yourself. It is understanding your own direction.

And after seeing yourself clearly, it is also having the ability to accompany others in seeing themselves.

From the end of life to numerology, this is the awakening path I have personally walked.
