I studied in the UK, and my time abroad broadened my international perspective. It also helped me deeply understand that creating art can be a powerful way to express my inner world. After graduating, I returned to Hong Kong to work in the arts. But the fast pace of the city and the daily pressure gradually left me mentally and physically out of balance—until I found yoga.
At first, I practiced yoga mainly to relax and release through physical postures. Soon, I realized yoga offered far more than physical relief. With every breath and stretch, I moved slowly and quietly toward inner calm and steadiness. The time on the mat became a precious moment for me to connect with myself and listen more honestly.
As I continued, I explored a wider range of mind–body healing tools, including meditation, mindfulness, and energy healing. Each practice felt like a key to deeper self-awareness. I learned to face emotions I had ignored, notice recurring thought patterns, and rebuild my relationship with myself through acceptance. Most importantly, I understood that real change starts from within: when I make peace with myself, the outside world can shift too.
Today, I’m stepping into the role of a spiritual guide—not because I’m “perfect,” but because I’ve lived through confusion to awakening. I want to support others who are searching for balance and craving inner peace, helping them explore their path toward mind–body unity.
