Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for using our platform. We are dedicated to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for all users and service providers. Please review the following policy carefully before booking any service.

1. Cancellations by Service Providers (Lightworkers)

If a scheduled event is cancelled by the service provider (also referred to as a “lightworker”) for any reason, users will receive a 100% full refund of the amount paid. Affected users will be notified via email and/or platform notifications, and refunds will be processed promptly.

2. User Cancellations

  • Full Refund: Users who cancel a booking at least 2 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the event has started or concluded.

3. Non-Refundable Services – Healing Practices

All bookings for healing practices are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for these services under any circumstances. Additionally, the booking must be completed within 3 months of the booking date.

4. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
